PRICE ADJUSTMENT

As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

GIFT CARDS

Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to Gift Card purchases. If other merchandise is included in your order, the coupon value will apply only to those items. Sales tax will not be applied to gift card purchases. Hello Alyss gift cards are non refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

Coupons codes CANNOT be combined. Some restrictions and exclusions may apply. 

PRODUCT VARIANCE

Please note that as with any retailer, there may be variance in production on dye lots as well as very minor improvements in fits and finishes from season to season.

DAMAGES OR DEFECTS

A full refund, store credit or exchange will be offered to you in the event that an item you received was damaged or defective in any way.  Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt. Defective items must be returned to us to initiate your claim. You MUST contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a claim. Maggy May & Co. will assume return shipping responsibility on all damaged or defective items. We do not offer exchange, refund, credit or otherwise on purchases over 14 days, or items that have been washed or worn, for any reason.
